Main collections are launched at the beginning of each Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter season. However we stock new items on our site every few weeks to consistently offer our customers choice and the newest trends. If your item is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@rococo-luxe.com with a full description and photos of the fault. We will then discuss return options.
We will notify you by email once we have examined and processed your return (usually around 3-4 working days after we receive the returned items). This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method.
