To return item/s please contact us at hello@rococo-luxe.com We require your full name and order number to be included, along with a clear indication of whether you want an exchange, credit note, or refund.
Please specify the colour and size if you would like to exchange.
Please note that all returns and exchanges on full price items must be done within 14 days of your order being placed, only faulty or items returned in their original condition, unworn with all original tags and packaging, will be accepted for exchanges or refunds. We must be notified of any Faulty Items within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Unfortunately SALE purchases are not eligible for a full refund, instead we offer an exchange or credit note if notified within 7 days of your order being placed. (This does not include any other promotional or new customer discounts).
All Accessories, including Jewellery, Bags, Hair accessories, Belts, Scarves and Hats, along with Swimwear are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Gift Cards are also non-refundable.
The shipping cost for returning any items is the customer's responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item/s costing over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are unable to refund any lost/missing or damaged parcels.
We will notify you by email and send you our return's address once we have examined and processed your return, usually 3-4 working days after we have received the returned item. This does not include your bank's processing time and reimbursement will be made via the original payment method.
If you choose to exchange, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and is dependent on where you live.

SHIPPING
After we receive the item, we will examine it and let you know whether or not your exchange or refund has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will start the refund process using your original payment method. Depending on the terms set out by your card issuer, you will get the credit within a specific period of time.
